When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page, but please note that vinyl production can occasionally face industry-wide delays.
How do you package vinyl records to prevent damage?
We take great care in our packaging. All records are shipped in sturdy, corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for media to ensure they arrive at your door in pristine condition.
What is your return policy for defective items?
If you receive a record with a significant manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our physical media worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Due to our automated fulfillment process, we are generally unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed. Please ensure all desired items are in your cart before checking out.
Do all vinyl purchases include a digital download?
Most of our releases include a high-quality digital download code. If applicable, the code will be included inside the record sleeve or sent to your email upon fulfillment.
