At Needlejuice Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your physical media; if your item is defective or damaged, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that minor cosmetic wear on outer sleeves is common in shipping and may not qualify for a full replacement.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate the return process.
Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos or videos of the defect, such as audio skipping or significant seam splits, to help us assess the damage.
Ship the Item
Once approved, securely package the record in its original mailer and use the provided return shipping label to send it back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we inspect the returned item, we will either ship out a replacement copy or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
